What information I collect

If you use the contact form on this website, you may provide:

your first name
your last name
your email address
the information you choose to include in your message

The contact form is provided through Wix and submissions can be accessed by ReBa Yoga through the Wix website dashboard.

If you later book a class, sound bath, retreat or other ReBa Yoga activity, I may also hold information needed to manage your booking, attendance, payment and participation.

How I use your information

I may use your personal information to:

respond to your enquiry
arrange or confirm a booking
contact you about a class, event or other activity you have booked
manage attendance and payments
provide information you have asked for
meet relevant legal, financial, insurance or record-keeping requirements

I do not sell your personal information.

I will not add you to marketing communications simply because you have contacted me.

Health and sensitive information.

Please do not include detailed health, disability or other sensitive personal information in the general website contact form.

If information about your health or disability is relevant to helping you participate safely or comfortably in a ReBa Yoga class or event, I may ask you to provide appropriate information separately.

Health information is treated as particularly sensitive under UK data protection law. Where explicit consent is the appropriate basis for using this information, I will ask for it clearly and will only use the information for the purpose explained to you. Information Commissioner's Office

Why I am allowed to use your information

Depending on the circumstances, ReBa Yoga may process your information because:
